Promoter ā€“ Tabletop Tombola

 

Entrant ā€“ Any person/ or persons who enter a competition to win a prize.

 

Prize ā€“ The promoters (Tabletop Tombola) will operate more than one competition at a time, and each competition will have specific prize offered.

 

Winner ā€“ The Entrant chosen at random before or after the closing date who will receive the Prize in accordance with these Terms and Conditions

  1. General

1.1 By participating in the competition or giveaway, each Entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of the Promoter, which shall be final and binding in all respects. The Promoter is responsible for the collection, submission or processing of Entries and the overall administration of the Competition / Giveaway. Entrants should look solely to the Promoter with any questions, comments or problems related to the Competition / Giveaway.

 

1.2 Upon entering the Competition / Giveaway, all Entrants must submit all contact details as requested by the Promoter (which must include and not limited to Name, valid e-mail and phone number) which will be used for the following purposes:

 

(a) to notify the Winner that they have won the prize;

(b) to post the Winnerā€™s name on the Website;

(c) to comply with the Privacy Policy.

 

1.3 The entrant is completely and solely responsible for providing and maintaining correct and accurate contact details to the promoter.

 

1.4 The Promoter will be in no way liable for any failure or inability to make contact with the Entrant/Winner due to any errors or inaccuracies in the contact details provided by the Entrant/Winner.

 

1.5 This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram.

 

  1. Privacy Policy

2.1 The Entrants and the Promoter recognise that the Promoter may use contact details and other data including personal data as defined by the Data Protection Act 1998 supplied by the Entrants to the Promoter to administer the Website and conduct the Competition according to these Terms and Conditions.

 

2.2 The Entrants and the Promoter also recognise that the Promoter may (either by choice or at the request of a third party) also disclose this information to relevant third parties for the purposes of the prevention of fraud, money laundering, legal or other financial or regulatory reasons.

  1. Prize Draw Competitions (Paid/Postal Entries)

3.1 The Competition is operated by the Promoter.

 

3.2 The competitions are open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over except the promoter, their family and their employees. To be eligible for the competition, entrants must be responsible for informing themselves about the laws in their region. The promoter will not be held responsible in any way for entrants that enter the competition unlawfully. Any entrants found to be under 18 will have their entries voided and no refunds shall be made.

 

3.3 All Entrants must be registered on the website to be able to participate in any competition, answer the question and purchase their tickets. All entrants are asked to create an account on www.tabletoptombola.co.uk

3.4 The answers given to the competition questions must be correct in order to enter and compete for the prize.

 

3.5 The Entrants and the Promoter recognise that the Competition, its administration and all associated activities are governed by English Law and the Promoter and Entrants recognise that the County or High Courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction in the event of any dispute arising out of the Competition or its administration;

 

3.6 The Promoter reserves the right to refuse or disqualify any entrant if it has reasonable grounds to believe that an Entrant has contravened any of these terms and conditions or acted in a way that is reasonably considered by the Promoter to be illegal.

 

3.7 By entering into the Competition, all Entrants acknowledge that their payment for each entry to answer the question and thereby enter the Competition does not guarantee in any way that they will win the prize.

 

3.8 Competition period can vary but it shall always be stated on the promoterā€™s website and Facebook every time a new competition is announced. The competition can either last until the entries are sold out, or it can have a set time frame, such as four weeks. Entrants must inform themselves by reading the information provided. When the maximum number of entries of a competition is sold out, the competition will always close. The promoter will not extend any close dates for any competition.

 

  1. Giveaways (Non-Paid for entries)

4.1 The giveaways are open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over except employees of Tabletop Tombola and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.

 

4.2 There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter giveaways.

 

4.3 By entering giveaways with Tabletop tombola, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

4.5 Giveaways are run as nil value ā€˜productsā€™ on our website. There is no limit to the total number of entries for giveaways. Each giveaway will be limited to 1 entry per person.

 

4.6 Closing date for entry will vary but be clearly displayed on the giveaway webpage. After this date the no further entries to the giveaway will be permitted.

 

4.7 Entry into a giveaway draw will be acceptance of these terms and conditions.

 

4.8 The prize will only be that as awarded at the time of the draw, no alternatives will be offered under any circumstance.

 

4.9 All Entrants must be registered on the website to be able to participate in any giveaway.

 

  1. Competition Entry

5.1 Enter the Competition during the period stated separately on each competition online.

 

5.2 All Entrants must be registered on the website to be able to participate in any competition, answer the question and purchase their tickets or send a valid postal entry. All entrants are asked to create an account on www.tabletoptombola.co.uk before entering.

 

5.3 (a) Automated or robotic Entries submitted by individuals or organizations will be disqualified. Internet entry must be made by the Entrant. Any attempt by Entrant to obtain more than the stated number of Entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations, logins or any other methods, including, but not limited to, commercial contest/competition subscription notification and/or entering services, will void Entrantā€™s Entries and that Entrant may be disqualified.

 

5.3 In answering the Question, the Entrant recognises that they must exercise skill, Knowledge and judgement to give the correct Answer.

 

5.4 The maximum number of free entries per a person for each competition is one. Any additional free entries on the same competition will be voided.

 

5.5 To conclude an entry into the Competition, an Entrant will be asked to provide their contact details (including postal and e-mail addresses and a telephone number) and card payment details (for entry fee only). Once the Entry is submitted, the Entrantā€™s card payment will be electronically approved.

 

5.6 When the Maximum Number of Entries and/or the Closing Date is reached, the Competition will close. There is no extension to the competition if the maximum number of entries is not reached.

 

5.7 All Entries to the Competition are final and no refunds shall be made at any time or for any reason, except in the case of entries submitted after the Closing Date or if the Promoter cancels the competition.

 

5.8 The Promoterā€™s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into about the result of the Competition following the determination of the Winner as described above.

 

5.9 Postal Entry Route ā€“ If you wish to enter any of the competitions for free then you must send an unenclosed picture postcard stating which competition you are entering, the answer to the specific question that relates to that particular competition along with your personal details as follows: Full Name, Date of birth, Postal Address, Email Address, Contact Number

 

(a) Entrants must have an active account on our website at the time the free entries are processed, all the details on postcards must match those on the account to which they are to be added;

 

(b) All entries must be sent to the following address: Tabletop Tombola Ltd, Unit 1, Belmont, Botley Road, Shedfield, Southampton, Hampshire. SO32 2JG.

 

(c) Any entries received that we are unable to read will be excluded from the competition.

 

(d) The promoters will not be liable for any loss suffered by an entrant as a result of incomplete entries or failed computer communications or for any loss as a result of use of the website.

 

(e) Should it come to our attention that one person has entered under multiple names, then the entries will be voided. This applies to all entries.

 

(f) Only one entry to each competition per postcard is allowed. Bulk entries in one envelope will not be accepted as multiple entries and if a bulk entry is received, it will be counted as one single entry.

 

(g) The Promoter will not acknowledge receipt of your entry nor confirm if your answer to the Competition Question is correct.

 

(h) All postal entries must be handwritten to prevent any unlawful behaviour in line with 5.9(e), 5.3(a).

 

(i) Your entry must be received by the Promoter prior to the close of the competition, whether this be the closing date or if/when all entries are allocated, whichever is first. Any entries received after the close of a competition will not be entered into the random draw.

 

(j) All entrant must state agreement to these terms and conditions on the postal entry.

 

  1. Closing the competition

6.1 When the Maximum Number of Entries and/or the Closing Date is reached, the Competition will close, whichever is first. There is no extension to the competition if the maximum number of entries is not reached.

 

6.2 If the Winner cannot be contacted by the Promoter within 14 days of being notified of their status as the Winner by e-mail, telephone or Facebook via the contact details submitted along with their entry, then the Promoter reserves the right to then select an Alternate winner, who will then have 14 days to accept the prize following the same routes of contact as the original Winner. The original winner will have no claim to the prize after the Alternate Winner is selected.

 

6.3 Competition(s) may be extended due to website downtime or other technical issues which are not the fault(s) of the promoter.

 

  1. Selecting / Contacting a Winner

 

7.1 The Winner(s) of the competition will be selected in a random draw from among all eligible Entries received throughout the promotion period. The random drawing will be conducted when all tickets for the competition are allocated or when the competition promotion period is reached, whichever is first. Odds of winning will vary depending on the number of eligible Entries received.

 

7.2 The winning Entrant will be selected at Random using Google Random Number Generator live on Facebook after the closing of the competition.

 

7.3 Full details of the draw date/time will be confirmed once the competition has been concluded via Facebook and or our website. This decision will be made within 72 hours of the close of the competition.

 

7.4 Entry lists will be displayed on our website TabletopTombola.co.uk at least 1 hours prior to any draw taking place, unless otherwise arranged or stated.

 

7.5 There will only be one winner per competition unless otherwise stated.

 

  1. Prize

 

8.1 The Promoter owns any prize offered from the time the competition is live until successful delivery of the said prize.

 

8.2 The prize will only be that as awarded at the time of the draw, no alternatives will be offered under any circumstance.

 

8.3 The Promoter does not supply or give any direct warranty or accept any valuation to the Prize in anyway shape or form. The Entrant must make up their own decision through their own enquiries and legal advice before entering the competition.

 

8.4 Manufacturers of internal components may support warranty claims in the event of a failure.

 

8.5 Serial numbers of Prizes are documented and saved by the Promoter to prevent any unlawful behaviour.

 

8.5 No Repairs will be performed by the Promoter for any of the Prizes.

 

8.6 No Diagnostics will be performed by the Promoter for any of the Prizes.

 

  1. Delivery

 

9.1 Delivery of prizes is completely free of charge. Prizes will be posted free of charge using a reliable, tracked and insured courier company and/or by the promoter if pre-arranged. Some parts might be packaged separately to avoid damage during transport. This will be pre-arranged with the Entrant / Winner.

 

  1. Misc

 

10.1 Save for death or personal injury the Promoter will not be liable for any loss (including economic loss) suffered to or sustained by any person or property as a result of any act or omission of the Promoters, nor will their servants or their agents in developing, planning and Administrating the Competition, distributing the Prize to the Winner or following the distribution of the Prize; The Promoter accepts no liability for errors or omissions contained within the Prize details, description or specification or any other part of the Website. It is the responsibility of each Entrant (and in particular the Winner) to satisfy him/herself as to the accuracy of any such details and/or any content of this website.

 

10.2 The Promoter will not be liable for any loss suffered by an Entrant as a result of incomplete entries or failed computer communications or for any loss suffered as a result of use of the Website.

 

10.3 The Promoter do not accept responsibility for entries which they do not receive due to failures in computer systems, other malfunctions, high Internet traffic, hardware failure, software failure, server faults or any other reason.

 

10.4 These terms and conditions must not be regarded as a contract between the promoter and the entrant.

 

10.5 The Winner agrees to allow the Promoter to display his or her name on the Website in accordance with the Privacy Policy. The name of the Winner will be posted on the Website for the purposes of announcing the Winner of the Competition within 24 hours of the Winner being determined.

 

10.6 The Winner also agrees upon acceptance of the prize that they are required to have Photo(s) and or video(s) taken for promotional purposes, both directly after their win and in any future promotional material.

 

10.7 The Promoter reserves the right to cancel the Competition at any time either before or after tickets have been sold. If the Competition is cancelled, the Promoter will return any Entry Fees paid to each Entrant (either by bank card refund or by cheque and in one combined payment where several entries have been made by a competitor or store credit). Where the Entry Fee is returned, the Promoter shall have no further liability to the Entrant or to any other person;

 

10.8 The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and condition. Any changes will be communicated to Tabletop Tombola current entrants/clients. If you wish to withdraw from a competition/giveaway after the amendment, please inform us in writing via email to: info at tabletoptombola@gmail.com stating which clause you wish to withdrawn under.
